OMNA International provides support services to help your organization in the following disciplines:
DOCTRINE -- The teachings of your organization. Do you have a set of common shared values and guiding principles that you teach to all hands? We can help you discern your organization's purpose, and codify your teachings into doctrinal publications for all to read, discuss, and understand.
ORGANIZATION -- Are you best organized to accomplish your discerned purpose? We can help you task-organize based on your doctrine. We have certified Project Management Professionals available to help you initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close the projects you want to undertake. Need help with quality planning, assurance, and control? We can help.
TRAINING -- The building of habit and discipline. We have qualified Marine trainers available to cover most any skill-set. Need better shooting skills? Need help with Microsoft Project? Supply chain management? Project Planning? Fieldcraft? Amphibious and Maritime Prepositioning Force Operations? Operational Risk Management? How about the physical conditioning and health of your employees? Training and Education Risk and Readiness Analysis (TERRA)? Does your organization bear unnecessary risk because of your failure to invest in training and education of your workforce? Are your activities safe, or do you risk increased liability because you haven't dared to do everything you can to be prepared? We can help with all of that...and more.
LEADERSHIP EDUCATION -- Drawing out the God-given talents of each individual. Expanding the mind to see the possibilities of life. We have qualified Marine educators ready to help with all types of experiential learning. Our mainstay is the Leadership Staff Ride where we guide your leadership team through historic battlefields or firegrounds to discuss the leadership decisions made in the past. Gettysburg, Shiloh, Fredericksburg-Chancellorsville, South Canyon, Mann Gulch, Little Big Horn, Chickamauga-Chattanooga, Overland Campaign of 1864, Yarnell Hill, Thirtymile, Harpers Ferry-Sharpsburg, Jackon's Valley Campaign of 1862. What a great team-building experience!
SECURITY -- Freedom from surprise. Are you doing all you can to provide a safe and secure working environment for your employees and customers? We can assess your security posture (both physical and cyber) and give you a range of options to improve security. We do anti-terrorism and force protection, mission assurance and continuity of operations, and all-hazards response planning.
